Description

Dreams never stop, specially when away from home.
When Ahmad, an ambitious young guy, meets with an amature singer and guitarist Lilia, they decide to form a music band with help from friends. Ahmad is struggling with his legal issues for being a war refugee in germany. His friends decide to take the initiative and document his story trying to help their troubled friend.
Will everyone realize what they want at the end?

The film talks about the deportation ..
When a person achieves all his ambitions in a new country and after a while clashes with the rejection of his asylum.

Director Biography – Saham El-Gaban

Director in Cinema and Theater
From Iraq and i live in Germany since 2012
l studied theater for nine years in Iraq .. I worked in a television channel for five years as a director and reporter and learn the art of the camera and directing programs and short films.


Director Statement

My Film (You can’t kill my dreams)
His story revolves around the important issue of deportation. When a person begins to establish a new life in a new country and is linked to a love relationship, he collides with the subject of residence and survival.
The problem is suffered by many young men and women newcomers in Germany .. obsessed with fear of deportation or a happy life.
